Tinytag Radio Receiver kit, including Software and USB Connection Cable. The wireless receiver is responsible for downloading all of the data from the wireless mesh network. It connects to the host PCs USB port and from here the data it receives is made available to Tinytag Explorer and other third party software running on the same PC or over your computer network. The unit is provided with backup batteries so, in the event the host PC is switched off, the receivers’ knowledge of the wireless mesh is maintained enabling data to be rapidly downloaded when the computer is switched on again.
Tinytag Explorer Radio Software is the principal data logging software for operating Tinytag Radio loggers.
This Windows based program is simple and intuitive, allowing users to manage their radio data loggers and recorded data. Icons represent individual radio loggers. These icons can be given identifiable names and can be put into groups. Information from one logger, a group of loggers or all loggers at a time can be displayed in tabular or graphical format. Remote alarm signaling via email is included in the system and messages via SMS are also supported. This is ideal for sites not continually manned, allowing the user to take corrective action even if no one is immediately available on the premises. Alarm levels are checked continuously and an alarm email is sent as soon as the alarm condition is entered. Tinytag Explorer Radio supports remote access allowing data to be checked via an internal network or the Internet. Multiple sites can be monitored from one location. This ‘Radio’ version of Tinytag Explorer also supports conventional logging, enabling data from other Tinytag loggers outside the network to be incorporated into the graphs.
